We are specialists in outsourcing the process of furnishing turn-key flats. In this matter, we have rich market experience basing on over 200 finished turn-key flats. The process managed by us begins with the creation of standards of interior finishing in accordance with market experiences, clients’ needs and developer preferences. On the basis of a developed standard, we conduct consultations with our clients, presenting them with products and samples of materials, creating unique settings of products and presenting a design for the interior design for this particular flat. During the execution of the design, we provide all finishing materials and we execute interior finishing works. The scope of finishing works and the scope of products depends on agreements with the developer, but, in standard, we provide bathroom finishing, painting, installation of interior doors and assembly of kitchen furniture and home appliances.
